Gloria Miele, Ph.D.

Gloria is a personal and executive coach, psychologist and trainer who has been helping others better themselves for over 20 years. On the faculty of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, Gloria is an engaging and dynamic presenter who has spoken at national and international meetings and professional conferences. She has trained hundreds of individuals all over the country. As a personal and executive coach, her background as a psychologist offers specialized expertise in helping individuals and organizations determine the goals, strengths, values and personality traits that influence their work and personal lives. She is completing her post-graduate certification in coaching from the College of Executive Coaching, the leader in coach training for professionals with graduate degrees. Gloria strives to optimize every client’s potential for meaning and success in their personal and professional lives.

 


Paul Plamondon, CPCC

Since the early 1990s, Paul has been involved in many facets of corporate training and development – as a manager, trainer, instructional designer, and workshop leader. In 2001, Paul started his own consulting business, Custom Training Design, where he has developed dozens of interactive workshops and training programs for corporate clients, small businesses, and independent coaches. Paul solidified his expertise as a Training & Development consultant with his Masters Degree in Education in 2002.

Paul is now a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) specializing in helping people be more successful in their personal and professional lives. As a co-active coach, Paul trusts in his clients’ own resourcefulness by helping them optimize their strengths and overcome their obstacles.
