Personal and Executive Coaching

A comprehensive assessment and consultation can help
determine what type of coaching would be most useful.

Coaching for Skills: Are there certain things you need
to learn, like how to give someone direct and constructive
feedback, how to feel more comfortable with public speaking
or even how to unwind? Your coach will help you develop the
skills you need to be more effective in your work and social life.

Coaching for Development: Are you planning for changes in the future in your professional or personal life? A coach can help you manage and plan for a career transition.

Coaching for Performance: How can you become the best performer you can be in the current role that you have? Understanding your past and current successes and challenges can maximize your success in the future.

Coach as Confidential Thought Partner: Many executives find that a thought partner – a confidant with whom to talk through strategies, ideas and concerns – can give honest and direct feedback and recommendations not offered by others in a leader’s professional circles. Having an objective professional to provide valuable, honest feedback can have a tremendously positive impact on an executive’s success.

Coach the Coach. Coaches are diverse and bring with them many skills and areas of expertise. For example, coaches who come from the world of business have extensive expertise in working with teams of people and organizations to enhance and maximize their productivity. Many coaches, however, may have less experience working individually addressing the thoughts and feelings of others. Coaches without specific training in counseling may struggle to understand when a coaching client may be in need of additional support from a mental health professional. A clinical psychologist by training, Gloria has over 15 years of supervisory experience in mental health settings and can provide support and guidance for coaches who wish to better their work with all of their coaching clients.

“Gloria Miele and Victory Circles have helped me to clearly determine what are the strengths and weaknesses of my business. She has also helped me establish a set of goals for my business and myself on a monthly basis. I look forward to seeing Gloria and the other Victory Circles women each month because we are all cheer leaders for each other’s businesses and can help give each the feedback and support we need to be successful.
